What is Women's Fitness Kickboxing?

Ladies kickboxing is a skillful combination of kicking and boxing. To make our classes accessible to more women, we've developed a non-contact form of women's fitness kickboxing that focuses more on fitness than fighting!

Our Women's Only Kickboxing boosts your agility, fitness and strength, teaches self defense, and lets you burn off a lot of stress and frustration.

It's sometimes called "cardio kickboxing" because your heart and lungs get a real workout, too.
